We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Auditor to join our dynamic Audit & Assurance team.

Job Title: Senior Auditor – Audit & Assurance
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: The Senior Auditor will play a key role in managing and executing audit engagements, ensuring that clients comply with regulatory requirements and internal processes. This role involves leading audit teams, working closely with clients, and providing strategic insights to enhance their financial practices. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to address key business risks and regulatory requirements.
• Review and evaluate financial statements, accounting records, and systems to assess compliance with standards.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve internal controls and business efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve audit-related issues and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in audit and assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in audit and assurance, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
